| Insulation resistance shall be measured before power cable is put into operation: Use the 1KV shake meter below 1KV: the value should not be less than 10M. Use 2.5KV shake meter above 1KV: The insulation resistance value of 3KV and below shall be no less than 200M ohm; The insulation resistance value of 6 ~ 10KV cable is not less than 400M ohm; The insulation resistance value of 20 ~ 35KV cable is not less than 600M ohm; The insulation resistance of 220KV cable shall be no less than 4500M ohm /Km.
